Thanks for stopping by my blog. I am currently caring for my sick mother and so, while I have uploaded some past works my new work will likely be slow in coming.
While life is not exactly the way I planned it right now, I wouldn't choose to be anywhere else.
I have created this blog to remind me, in the meantime, of who I am and what it is that I 'do'.
I hope you enjoy my 'stuff' as much as I enjoy yours.
OooohHhhh... I see a ‘butterfly’ in the first, an ‘angel’ in the second... but ‘dragon’s breath’ captures both (smile)... as always, I do enjoy the blend and wonder of your colours – it leaves so much to the imagination and interpretation.
michelle, how on earth are you getting all this done! I had no idea you had so much on this blog since my last visit!!
they are all gorgeous and this is my favorite of them all! you seem to sell your work very fast!! I would love to know how big this one is and I also love your color with the metallic...I love the metallics, they are so much fun!
You are a sneaky girl! Now you have me wanting to check out all of your artwork to see if I have missed the hidden treasures in them! You are SO clever! xoxoxo
These enlarged beautifully, and I was so glad. I can really get the feel of the metallics, the blends, and the awesome way you worked those edges. Breakthrough is very intriguing. How large are these works, please and thank you?
Michelle that is gorgeous!!! No wonder's it's SOLD!! I wish that I could do work like that so I'm totally jealous :) You are a wonder......How's your mum? Take good care and......

Colour!
I love colour.
I love to play with colour and try not to take myself too seriously.
I work with matt acrylics, watercolour, gauche, inks and whatever else takes my fancy. I use artist quality paints and pigments and Arches 300 gsm paper usually. Sometimes I will stretch my paper directly onto a canvas or onto a frame as I work really wet to begin with and I've yet to find a gummed tape that stands up to it.
A bit eclectic really.
This blog has been created to showcase my artwork.
Feel free to contact me via the email link if you are interested in anything.
